Sharon is an artist and illustrator whose work ranges from graphic and stylised digital beauties to quirky and fanciful animals and landscapes. She received her BA in Visual Communication Design in 2003 from Middlesex University in London, and has since been honoured with many illustration awards, including a Communication Arts Illustration Award in 2009, one of the most prestigious awards in the industry.

She works as an illustrator for book publishing, advertising, design and editorial clients, both here in the UK and in the US, as well as producing limited edition prints for sale in galleries and exhibitions in London and Brighton.

Having moved to Brighton three years ago after 20 years in London, Sharon is from the US originally, and her influences are many, including American underground lowbrow art and comics, 15th Century Christian altar pieces, 1950's packaging and design, and all things kitsch!  She works digitally and produces Giclée fine art prints on acid free paper using archival quality inks.
